On the eve of the National Day holiday, the client submitted an urgent request for 300 tons of profiles, requiring completion of sourcing, cutting, processing, and delivery within 15 days. Facing the challenge of tight timelines and a heavy workload, the EKUN business team promptly took action, integrating resources within 24 hours to develop an efficient delivery plan. Details were promptly confirmed with the client, and the procurement contract was signed swiftly. This process not only reflected the rapid response capability of the EKUN team but also highlighted our customer-centric service philosophy.
国庆前夕，客户临时提出需在15天内紧急供应300吨型材，并完成调货、切割加工及交付。面对时间紧迫、任务繁重的挑战，亿坤业务团队迅速响应，24小时内整合资源、制定高效交付方案，并及时与客户确认细节、签订合同，充分展现了团队快速应对的能力和以客户需求为核心的服务理念。
During the National Day holiday, domestic logistics and supply chain resources were extremely tight. To ensure timely delivery of the order, EKUN’s procurement and documentation departments worked closely with suppliers, tracking every step of production and logistics. Overcoming numerous challenges, they successfully completed the sourcing and cutting tasks on schedule. The client’s QC team visited the site to conduct final inspections and witness sample testing, confirming that all products met the required standards before shipment.
正值国庆假期，国内物流与供应链资源极为紧张。为确保订单准时交付，亿坤采购与单证部门积极与供应商协同配合，全程跟踪生产与物流进度，克服各类困难，如期完成调货及切割加工。期间，客户QC团队亲临现场，对货物进行最终检验并见证样品测试，确认所有产品均符合标准，最终实现顺利发货。
