The uniqueness of this order lay in its tight delivery schedule and stringent quality requirements. The client needed large-diameter spiral steel pipes measuring 1850mm with a wall thickness of 25mm and a single length of 11.98 meters, which presented significant production challenges. More critically, the client required completion of production and shipment arrangements within three weeks, posing a serious test to our production scheduling capabilities. At the same time, the client mandated that Bureau Veritas (BV), an internationally authoritative inspection agency, conduct full-process quality control to ensure the products fully complied with API 5L standards.

As a result, the BV inspection was passed in one attempt, with all indicators meeting the client’s requirements. On the trade side, our professional foreign trade team efficiently handled the letter of credit process, ensuring the safe return of funds.
